* Now it is the best time to buy a home: there is a high inventory of homes for sale (over 1700 listings in the Region of Waterloo), and the 5-year-mortgage rates are lower.
* For moving up or buying your first home, this is the time to do it before prices start to go up again, as it is expected in the near future.
